The client will advise Sunmaker the details of personnel required and provide the job description and the person specification for each position to be manned under the outsourcing contract. Sunmaker will identify suitable candidates from the existing database and where necessary through either advertised search or headhunting. Sunmaker will also carry out assessment of the candidates, through interviews and ability tests where necessary and recommend the shortlisted candidates to the client. The client will be selecting the person suitable for each position.
